- Dumbbell Bench Press. Grab a few 3-5 pound dumbbells and lie face up on a workout bench. Place your arms to the side at a 90-degree angle and press up for one rep. Complete 2-3 sets of 10 reps per workout.
- Old Fashioned Pushups. Lie in a pushup position with your arms spread slightly farther than shoulder-width apart. Keep your body in a straight line without lifting your hips. Lower your chest to the floor, pause and return to the starting position. Complete two sets of 10 reps.
- Cross Punch. With a dumbbell in each hand, step one foot forward so your feet are spaced apart. Bend both knees slightly. Lift elbows so your arms create a u-shape and hands sit slightly above your shoulders. Punch your right arm forward and bring it back to your chest, then repeat with your left arm for one rep. Repeat alternating motion for 12 reps, two to three times.
